DE task forces uncovers pastor in possession of child porn

A Salisbury pastor charged with dealing in child pornography. An undercover investigation by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force caught Cesar Martinez of Laurel, also a pastor at Iglesia El Spiritu Santo in Salisbury. DE Department of Justice officials say Martinez was swapping and downloading child pornography.

A search warrant was executed at Martinez’ residence yesterday, where detectives seized multiple electronic devices and other related evidence.  A forensic review found over 25 files of child pornography on the computer. Officials say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed upon further examination.
