DE Voters Favor Save Of TransPerfect

Months of battling to save Transperfect have paid dividends for Citizens for a Pro-Business Delaware. A recent poll said that over 70 percent of registered voters in Delaware back the fight to save Transperfect. They believe that the government shouldn’t have the power to force the sale of the company, especially against the wishes of the employees and some legislators. Recently, minority owner Shirley Shawe vowed to give up her one percent of the company in order to give majority to co-owner Elizabeth Elting to save the company from sale.
