Delaware Senate confirms head of Human Resources Department

Yesterday, the Delaware State Senate confirmed Saundra Ross Johnson to be the Secretary of the Department of Human Resources. In July Governor John Carney appointed Johnson to be head of the newly created agency to help confront issues important to state employees, and improve delivery of human resources services.  Since 2009 Johnson has been the director of the City of Camden Redevelopment Agency. Before that, she served as the Director of Delaware State Housing Authority during the administration of Governor Ruth-Ann Minner.
