Delware State Police arrest murder suspect in Seaford

In Seaford – Delaware State Police arrest a murder suspect. Working in conjunction with Maryland State Police Homicide Unit, police arresting Michael Moore for the murder of Donnell Davis.

Police say Davis went missing last September, and tracked his last known whereabouts to a house on Dove Road in Seaford. Detectives learned while at the home, Davis got into an argument with Moore, who pulled out a gun and shot him.

Moore then took the body and dumped it in a wooded area in Federalsburg, MD. Police located human remains in late February in the woods on the east side of River Road, subsequent DNA tests positively identified Davis.

On Friday Delaware State Police arrested Moore for the murder; he was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $2.5 million cash bond.
