Democrat Colleen Davis Files for State Treasurer

A Sussex County woman has filed as a Democratic candidate for State Treasurer. Colleen Davis of Dagsboro is a health care professional who has focused on sustainability, efficiency and quality-of-care for health care providers and their patients, which she says would serve her well in the Treasurer’s office.
