A Dover couple was arrested for drugs in Smyrna last week when they were pulled over for a traffic stop. When police pulled 32-year-old Ginna Grocki and 42-year-old Charles Pernot over, they found the two had been part of a drug deal. They also found that Grocki was driving with a suspended license, and the two were both on probation. When the pair got out of the car, Grocki had a bulge in her pants that looked to be drugs. She denied, but eventually pulled a plastic bag out with 338 bags of heroin. Three more bags were in Grocki’s bra and six more were in her purse. Both were charged with possession, and Grocki was also charged with tampering with evidence and additional possession charges when police found 12 more bags on her when she was taken in. Grocki is being held on $55,500 bond, while Pernot is held on $52,500.
