Dover Man Arrested After Chase Through Maryland


A Dover man who led Harrington Police on a chase into Maryland has been arrested. Police tried to stop 38-year-old Jermaine McCove on Commerce Street for a traffic violation when he took off at high speeds. He drove into Greensboro, Maryland before Caroline County police were able to help stop him. He was charged with drug possession after police found cocaine in his car. He was sent back to Harrington, where he was charged with avoiding arrest, and a slew of driving offenses. He was later released on $3,600 bond.
