A Dover man has been arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred in August.
Milford Police say that on August 31, 2016 at approximately 2:55pm, officers responded to the 300 block of Claude Street for a reported robbery. Investigation revealed Raheem Fullman, 19 of Dover, reportedly displayed a handgun and took a purse from one of the victims. As Mr. Fullman was fleeing, one of the victims attempted to follow but was pushed to the ground by Mr. Fullman, causing a minor injury. Mr. Fullman was unable to be located at the time by responding officers.
Warrants were obtained following the incident and on November 28, 2016 Mr. Fullman was taken into custody by the Delaware Capitol Police at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas and later turned over to Milford Police. Mr. Fullman has been charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Attempted Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, 2 counts of Aggravated Menacing, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Assault 3rd Degree. Mr. Fullman was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $88,000.00 secured.
Mr. Fullman has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled for a Preliminary Hearing in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on December 1, 2016.
