Dover Man Arrested On Drugs, Weapons


A Dover man was arrested on drugs and weapons charges Monday after being pulled over for a routine traffic stop. 29-year-old Michael Palmer was driving on DuPont Highway near Division Street when he was pulled over by police. Police found marijuana in the center console and searched the car. They found a .25 caliber handgun, 12 grams of weed and nearly $3,800 in suspected drug money. Palmer was charged on drug and gun possession but later released on $113,500 bond.
