The Dover Police have arrested one man and are still looking for a second wanted for a string of burglaries that happened last month. 34-year-old Kevin Kosky was arrested Tuesday for burglarizing houses with his brother and taking the items they stole to local pawn shops for cash. Kosky was charged with five counts of burglary and theft and three counts of criminal mischief. He is being held at James T Vaughn on $35,000 bond. His brother, 31-year-old Andre Kosky, is still wanted for his participation in these crimes. If you have any information on Andre, send it to the Dover Police or Crime Stoppers.
