DSP Arrest Dover Man for Vehicle Theft

A Dover man has been arrested by Delaware State Police for three vehicle thefts that occurred in the High Point Mobile Home Park area.  Police were called for two vehicle thefts Friday morning and another vehicle theft was investigated Thursday.  Police identified the suspect as 24 year old Carrington Hall who was found with items taken during the vehicle thefts as well as over 3 grams of marijuana.  Hall is charged with 3 counts of vehicle theft and is being held in default of bond.
