DSP Arrest Man for Home Invasion & Aggravated Menacing

Delaware State Police were called to Colonial East in Rehoboth last week for a disorderly complaint.  Police found 39 year old Keegan Dolan outside the residence.  Two others were inside when Dolan began banging on the residence and making threats.  He then opened a bedroom window and threw a bucket of water and cigarette butts inside – hitting one of the residents and then tried to climb through the window with a baseball bat – making threats to harm the residents.  Dolan was arrested and charged with home invasion, aggravated menacing and other offenses.  He’s free on an unsecured bond.
