UPDATED 12:30pm – Delaware State Police are canceling the Gold Alert for Charlena Victory who was reported missing on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Charlena has been located in good condition.

A Gold Alert has been issued for a Laurel woman. Charlena Victory was last seen around 10 Thursday night – she is black, 5’ 1” and about 110 pounds with short brown and gray hair. She was last seen wearing a red, white and blue shirt with ruffles, jeans and glasses. Police have not been able to contact her and there is concern for her safety.
