Felton Man Arrested For Giving Fake Name

A Felton man was arrested Wednesday after he gave Harrington Police a fake name during a traffic stop. 18-year-old Dathan Earle was the passenger in a car stopped by police on South DuPont Highway. The driver had a suspended license, and Earle gave police a fake name after he couldn’t find his ID. Police ran a check on him and determined he was wanted in Kent County. He was charged with criminal impersonation and is being held on $1,000 bond.
