Funding To Kent And Sussex County For Housing


Nine programs throughout Delaware, including three in Kent and Sussex Counties, will be getting some much needed help from the Delaware Strong Neighbors Housing Fund. Governor Carney is spreading the $5.5 million throughout the state to address the vacant, abandoned and foreclosed properties. Kent County will be getting $1.5 million for NCALL Research for 20 new units in Dover and $500,000 for 10 new houses in Milford. Sussex will get $500,000 for 10 new places in Laurel.
