GMS Counselor Named DE Counselor Of The Year

Georgetown Middle School will add an award to its shelves this year. Erin Crooks, the school’s counselor, was named the 2017 Delaware School Counselor of the Year. This comes after Crooks was named the Middle School Counselor of the Year by the DSCA in February. Crooks has been with GMS since 2009 after spending two years with Georgetown Elementary School. This is the second consecutive year that an Indian River School District counselor has won the state aware.
