Lewes PD Make Arrest at SCI for December Shooting

Lewes Police have arrested a man in connection with a domestic related shooting on December 1st of last year. Police say the victim was forced to protect themselves against 31 year old Spencer Coffin, who was being menacing and aggressive to the victim at a home on Breakwater Street. Police went to SCI in Georgetown on Thursday, where Coffin was being held on unrelated charges – and arrested him for crimes against a vulnerable adult, menacing possession of cocaine and other offenses.
