Lincoln Man Arrested after Domestic Assault

A Lincoln man has been arrested after a domestic assault on Friday.  Delaware State Police were called to Sagebrush Lane around 1pm after a female victim ran from the house and was found along the roadside by a passer-by.  Police say the victim had severe facial injuries and the suspect strangled her.  Police have charged 43 year old Toussaint Jones with 2^nd degree assault and strangulation – he is being held on a cash only bond.
