MD AG Frosh Opposes Trump Emissions Rollback

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh’s name has been in the news quite a bit lately, and this time, he’s opposing another Trump action. Frosh is joining a coalition of states to fight against Trump’s vehicle emission standards roll back. In 2012, the EPA adopted emission standards that limited greenhouse gas emissions from new cars and trucks for model years 2017-2025 and beyond. The coalition issued a group statement, saying Trump’s actions are weakening these commonsense standards and undermining successful efforts to combat pollution from cars.
