Milford Shoplifting Call Ends in Arrest for DUI

Milford Police were called for a shoplifting investigation at the Dollar General Store.  Police learned that a woman took items – then left the store in a white Focus.  The car was found in the shopping center parking lot and police watched the space and eventually made contact with 26 year old Brittany O’Neal.  Officers smelled alcohol while speaking with her.  She was found to be under the influence and arrested.  O’Neal is charged with shoplifting and DUI.
