Millsboro Man Charged with Illegal Dumping

A Millsboro man has been charged with illegal dumping by DNREC Natural Resources Police. Police received complaints about illegal dumping or refuse and yard waste. The investigation led to 70 year old Robert Gordy who is charged with 2 counts of using a vehicle in the disposal or discharge of solid waste materials. Each charge carries a minimum fine of $500. Gordy is free on $200 unsecured bail.
