Common Cause to deliver testimony to State Supreme Court Chief Justice on family court issues

Common Cause of Delaware and Delaware Court Reform Initiative
will deliver testimony from two public hearings on Family Court
procedures to State Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron Steele in his
Dover office. They will try to obtain a favorable response to the issue
of availability of transcripts and the accuracy of recordings of family
court proceedings. Delaware’s Chief Justice is constitutionally
responsible for the administration of all courts in Delaware.
