Delmarva Power officials remind you to watch out for someone who is pretending to be an employee of the utility. All employees carry photo identification cards which are displayed at all times. Officials say a Frankford woman was visited by a man claiming to be with Delmarva Power who wanted to measure each room in the woman’s home to help her save money. This man had no Delmarva Power identification. They advise if someone claiming to be with Delmarva Power cannot produce proper identification – call local police and Delmarva Power at 1-800-375-7117.
