		<title>Famous Boardwalk Store Closing</title>

		<description>Richard Blanchard the owner of the Boardwalk 5 and 10 in Rehoboth Beach is closing because of increasing rent and decreasing profits.  Blanchard says the store currently pays just under 60 thousand dollars a year in rent and that estimates for his rent next year will have reached 80 thousand dollars.  He says this is the worst year he has had for profits.  The store has been a family business since it opened in 1971.</description>

		<description>Odds are Senator Joe Biden will be in Georgetown on Return Day, Thursday November 6th, just as he has done for many celebrations.  While his appearance hasn’t been confirmed yet, preparations are under way to tighten security for his visit.  Georgetown Chief of Police William Topping said that if he becomes the next vice-president however, security would have to be raised, including restrictions to the parade by limiting the number of vehicles, and pre-registration is required with proper identification.</description>

He thought a fight was going on, then stopped and chased 36-year old William Moore of Harrington. Once police caught Moore, the learned that he and 27-year old David Paitsel of Magnolia punched and pushed a man to the ground and robbed him of a gold chain and damaged his cell phone. Both Paitsel and Moore face numerous charges

		<title>Oil tanker runs aground in C &amp; D Canal</title>

		<description>The U.S. Coast Guard says an oil tanker has run aground in the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal. The tanker traveling to Baltimore got stuck on rocks near the William Roth Bridge just after 10 p.m. on Monday. No indication of any oil spill and no reports of any injuries. The bridge also appeared to have escaped any damage.

		<title>Shooting Victim in Wilmington Dies</title>

		<description>Wilmington police say a 21 year old man injured during a shooting near his home during an argument in August died on Friday at the Christiana Hospital.  Police have not yet identified him.  20 year old Jerome Collins of Wilmington has been charged with attempted murder.  He turned himself in on September 1st and has been held in lieu of 1.3 million dollars bail.</description>
