NJ Man Pleads Guilty in DSU Bribery Scheme

A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty in federal court to bribery in connection with programs receiving federal funds.  Stephen Williams of Neptune, NJ is the co-defendant of Crystal Martin, the Delaware State University administrator who pleaded guilty to the same bribery scheme last month.  Williams, who according to court documents was the mastermind of the bribery scheme at DSU, will be sentenced on September 6th by Judge Richard Andrews, US District Judge for the District of Delaware.  He faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
