Pocomoke Man Sentenced To 25 Years For Drug Dealing

A Pocomoke City man will spend the next 25 years behind bars after being found guilty of multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver. 42-year-old Kinsey Nixon was dealing drugs in Worcester and Accomack Counties before police raided his house and found nearly 800 grams of cocaine, 375 grams of weed and a high point nine millimeter handgun. This is the minimum sentence that Nixon could receive, and he’ll have little chance at parole. This is the third time Nixon was convicted for drug dealing.
