Rehoboth Man Charged with Burglaries in Millville by the Sea

A Rehoboth Beach man has been arrested in connection with two burglaries in the Millville by the Sea development. On Saturday, Delaware State Police found 60 year old Alan Mindrup behind a home on Reservoir Road and discovered he had just burglarized an attached garage at a home on Center Point Road – he was being chased by the homeowner. Mindrup was riding a bicycle that was also stolen from a reservoir Road garage. He was arrested and charged with 2nd and 3rd degree burglary and theft.
