A traffic stop on Route 13 in Salisbury led to the arrest of a Salisbury man on drug charges.  Maryland State Police approached the driver – and questioned the identity the driver provided.  He did not have a driver’s license and the photograph on the name provided was not the driver of the car.  Troopers spotted a large bag of marijuana partially under the driver’s seat.  Fingerprints showed his identity as 48 year old Thorne Hurt.  Hurt is charged with several traffic, drug and other offenses.
