Salisbury Man Convicted of Child Rape

The Wicomico County State’s Attorney says 30-year-old Austin White of Salisbury has been found guilty of numerous counts relating to the sexual abuse and rape of a minor.
The two day trial culminated in White being found guilty of one count of sexual abuse of a minor, one count of second degree rape and three counts of third degree sex offense. Judge S. James Sarbanes presided over the trial, which will be followed by a pre-sentence investigation, a mental health evaluation and sentencing. The incidents took place from 2013 to 2015 when the victim was under the age of 10. Wicomico County
