Salisbury Police have made an arrest in connection with over 20 burglaries and thefts in the Doverdale community that have occurred in July and August.  Earlier this month police arrested a 14 year old involved in the incidents.  Last week police went into a Liberty Street home with a warrant and arrested 18 year old Zamere Purnell on burglary and related charges.  A recently stolen lawn mower and two power washers were recovered from his home.  Police ask anyone who may have purchased items from Purnell or used the “Let Go” application – to contact them to determine if they are in possession of stolen property.  Police also warn that users of the application should be wary of scams or becoming victims of robbery themselves.
