Schism between Salisbury, volunteer firefighters continues to smolder

A judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed against a breakaway group of firefighters in Salisbury. The city had sued Company 1 over control of $75,000 left in a trust for the volunteers, after the company broke away from the city and took the money with it. The judge says  the case will continue, with the money put in a separate account until the matter is cleared up.
