The future of the law in Sussex County seems to be in good hand. For the second year in a row, Sussex Centrals High School’s Mock Trial team battled for the state championship, barely losing to Wilmington Friends in the championship. Judges called this contest the closest scoring championship in the tournament’s 26 years. The SCHS team was led by student attorney junior Holly Williams, who won three out of the four Best Attorney gavels. The other was won by her teammate Rowan Reusing.
