Seaford Man Arrested in Milford for Stalking

On Sunday, Milford Police arrested a Seaford man following an investigation into a stalking that began on Saturday.

Authorities say they investigated multiple incidents in which 37-year-old Daniel A. Lewis of Seaford reportedly violated an active no contact order with the victim.  These incidents occurred at several businesses along North and South DuPont Boulevard (US Rt 113).  As a result of this investigation a warrant was obtained and Mr. Lewis was taken into custody by Delaware State Police and later turned over to Milford Police.

Lewis has been charged with Stalking, Harassment, and four counts of Breach of Release.  He was presented before the Justice of the Peace Court #7 where his bail was set at $3,000. He was released after posting bail and will appear for a preliminary hearing on Friday, March 22.
