Sears in Salisbury to Close by Late March

The Sears at the Centre at Salisbury will be closing in late March.  Sears Holdings announced the closing of 80 more Sears and Kmart stores nationwide to accelerate its strategic transformation and facilitate its financial restructuring.  Corporate officials say liquidations sales at these stores are expected to begin in two weeks.  The automotive center at the Sears in Salisbury will also be closing by late January.  This list of closings is in addition to 40 unprofitable stores announced earlier in the year.
