New Command for DE Air National Guard’s 166th Airlift Wing

On Saturday morning the Delaware Air National Guard’s 166th Airlift Wing will host a Wing Commander Assumption of Command ceremony at the base in New Castle.  Col. Carla Riner will take command.  She arrived early last month from West Virginia to take over the duties.  The ceremony is at 10am.
