Kia Flips on Its Side on Rehoboth Avenue
The big mystery this afternoon in downtown Rehoboth Beach is how this Kia Forte flipped on its side. It happened around 3 p.m. in the ocean block of Rehoboth Avenue. A second auto sustained damage as well and one minor injury was taken to the hospital by EMS. Police are investigating.
