A bicycle rider traveling in the northbound shoulder of Sussex Highway near Seaford was struck by a pickup truck just before 10 last night.  Delaware State Police continue to investigate, but say the bicycle rider, a 56 year old man from Greenwood, was thrown from the bike and landed on the shoulder of the road.…
