Last month 43 year old Sydney Hopkins of Salisbury pleaded guilty to 8 counts of rogue and vagabond after multiple incidents from January 9 to April 9 of 2018 where he broke into victim’s vehicles to steal purses and use debit or credit cards that were found inside.  A search warrant turned up personal items…
