Three Dover men were arrested for robbery Sunday morning, but one is still on the loose. The group went up to a 51-year-old man near North Governors avenue and Fulton Street just before 7 p.m. and demanded everything he had. They ran in a gold van after taking his money. Police found the fan on North Governors and North Bradford Street. When they approached it, the driver, Shakur Peck, got away on foot. Police did catch 29-year-old Andre Yancy, 18-year-old Thomas Bolden and 20-year-old Donnell Cuffee and charged them with robbery and conspiracy. They are being held on $7,000 bond. Peck is wanted on those charges and now resisting arrest. If you know where Peck is, call the Dover Police or Crime Stoppers.
