TS Florence Expected to Make Landfall as Hurricane

Coastal towns up and down the Atlantic Coast are carefully watching and monitoring Hurricane Florence as she works her way across the Atlantic.  This is hurricane preparedness month – residents and property owners should take time to prepare before a disaster occurs.  Don’t wait till the last minute to put together a disaster supply kit and a family emergency and communications plan. Current forecast models have Florence coming ashore in North Carolina, where a state of emergency has already been issued
