Two people have been arrested after police discovered a stolen vehicle.  Delaware State Police spotted a silver Cadillac on Old Furnace Road early this morning – and a computer check showed it was reported stolen out of Salisbury.  Troopers pulled over the vehicle but as the trooper began to walk to the car, the driver sped off and a chase began – until the Cadillac crashed at Church and Concord Roads.  Both the driver, 21 year old Mikeyah Brewer of Seaford and passenger 33 year old Troy Sanders of Laurel tried to run off on foot, but with help from police aviation, both were arrested.  A search of the vehicle turned up drug paraphernalia.  Brewer is charged with receiving stolen property and other offenses.  Sanders is charged with conspiracy and resisting arrest.
