Two Arrested for Assault in Milford Parking Lot

Two Milford residents have been arrested for an assault that occurred earlier this month in a North Walnut Street parking lot. Milford Police arrested 24 year old Anthony Penawell and 32 year old Tiffany Wolfe who both gave police false statements about the incident, which was witnessed by a young child. Penawell is charged with 2nd degree assault, conspiracy and other offenses. Wolfe is charged with conspiracy and providing a false statement.
