Utility Lines Downed in DUI Crash near Lincoln

A crash near Lincoln closed part of Greentop Road for several hours. Delaware State Police tell WGMD that a Nissan Altima driven by 23 year old Rolondo Perez of Frankford went off the road and struck a utility pole around 4:30 this morning. Delmarva Power has been on the scene repairing the downed wires and damaged pole – and have just cleared the scene. Perez was not injured – but has been charged with DUI.
