Friday was another no fishing day and with small craft advisories posted for Saturday along with rain, fog and drizzle, I’m pretty most anglers will take that day off as well.
The fall weather has not been very cooperative for fishing, but at least the best of the blues and rockfish are still to our north so there is hope on the horizon.
In the meantime why not pack up the family or a group of your friends and go to the Annapolis Power Boat Show. As mentioned yesterday, there are hundreds of boats on display and while some are a bit pricey, there are quite a few that are more reasonably priced. If you go in the main entrance you will find a big display of Hobe kayaks. They even have ones with electric motors for those anglers that don’t want to paddle.
Tri-State Marine has just about every boat made by Parker and Grady White on display. Both of these brands are very popular with Delaware anglers. Bluewater Marine at the end of the docks has Albemarle, Viking and Regulator for the better-heeled fisherman. The tents have lots more stuff.
This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing Report.
