WGMD Fishing Report 9-10-18

rob-carson

Monday was a little better than Sunday, but not much.  The rain slacked off, but the wind continued to blow leaving boats at the dock or siting on their trailers.

The weather was so nasty on Sunday, I didn’t bother to call Dave at Lighthouse View Tackle.  When I talked to him on Monday he said a lady did fish the pier on Sunday and caught 93 spot.  You have got to really love a spot to be out in that weather, no matter how many you catch.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina announced that Mike Miller won the rod and reel raffle.  The total amount of money that will be going to the Pancreatic Cancer Network in the name of Joe Morris is $935.  I will keep you informed of any future fund raisers.

My friends who live on a canal in Mariner’s Cove had water over their dock and up in their yard almost to their cars and that’s just a little nor’easter.  The docks at Lewes Harbour Marina were also covered with water.  It doesn’t look like we will get a direct hit, but be prepared.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing report
