A fire broke out in Wicomico County Monday afternoon when pellet stove embers ignited the back of a house. The blaze started around 2:30 in the house on Merritt Mill Road in Salisbury. 32 Salisbury firefighters were sent to the house and were able to control the fire in 30 minutes. No one was injured, but $60,000 in damages were recorded. The fire is being ruled accidental at this time.
