Worecester County Health To Help Pregnant Women Quit Smoking

If you’re pregnant and looking to quit smoking, the Worcester County Health Department may have the help you need. They’re offering free, judgment free quit smoking classes this spring for pregnant and post-partum women. The classes will kick off with a baby-showered themed open house and educational event on the dangers of smoking while pregnant. This program is being offered to women living on the Lower Eastern Shore in Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties. The class will be at the Center 4 Clean Start in Salisbury on April 7 at 10:30 a.m. Reservations are encouraged.
