Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Ocean View man. Police say 24 year old William Mills was last seen on January 7th in the Frankford area. Mills is 5’ 09” and 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He may be driving a black, 1997 Ford Explorer, Delaware tags (PC131821). Police say attempts to locate Mills have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his safety and welfare. If you know where he is – contact Crime Stoppers.
