Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Rehoboth Beach man. Edwin Anno was last seen in People Memorial Park just before 10 Tuesday night. He is white, 6-feet tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans.
