Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for 16 year old Howard Bowman, who was last seen Thursday evening around 6:30 on foot in the area of Webb Farm Road in Greenwood. Bowman is white, about 5′ 10″ tall and 150 pounds with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a black Under Armour hooded sweatshirt with a white insignia on the front, black sport shorts and tall white socks. He was also carrying a light in-color multi-colored camouflage backpack and a black/red backpack. Attempts to locate Bowman have been unsuccessful and there is concern for his safety and welfare.
